Day 1:
Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)and Transfer to Rajabhatkhawa / Jayanti

You will be received by our official at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) – Drive to Rajabhatkhawa - The drive is nearly 4 ½ - 5 hours over a distance of approximately 185 kilometers Via Malbazaar, Chalsa, Madarihat - Lunch on the way in Dhaba or on reaching Rajabhatkhawa / Jayanti - Rajabhatkhawa is a small settlement situated just outside the Buxa Tiger Reserve in the Alipurduar district - It is known for its natural beauty, surrounded by forest - Tourist attractions nearby are Mahakal Cave, Buxa Fort, Raimatang, Jaldapara National Park, Raseekbill, Mendabari, Chilapata, Sikiajhora, Lepchakha, Hatipota, Bhutan Ghat, etc - The Bhutan border town Phuentsholling is about 30 kilometers and can be visited as part of a day outing - Evening free - Night stay at Rajabhatkhawa

Day 2:
Safari at Buxa Tiger Reserve & Local Sightseeing

Early morning visit Jayanti nearly 20 kilometers for forest Safari to Buxa Tiger reserve - It is a 760 square kilometre tiger reserve located inside the Buxa National Park it is contiguous to Phipsu Wildlife Sanctuary of Bhutan - After Safari visit Pukhuri Hill - It is a lake on top of a hill has fishes and turtles - The trek route to Pukhuri passes through beautiful forests - A number of places in the core area of Buxa Tiger Reserve is not accessible to tourists any more Some of these places may be accessible from time to time depending on latest forest department regulation - Status about permission to the Pukhuri hill needs to be booked prior to visit - one will return to Rajabhatkhawa - Other important tourist attractions around include Raimatang (25 Kilometers), Sikiajhora, Lepchakha, Hatipota etc - The Bhutan boarder town Phuentsholling is about 30 kilometers and can be visited as part of a day outing - The Jaldapara forests (50 Kilometers) - Evening free - Night stay at Rajabhatkhawa

Day 3:
Trek to Historical Buxa Fort / Lepchakha via Santrabari

Early morning breakfast - Next drive to Santrabari - From there one can trek to Buxa Fort it is nearly 20 kilometers and after driving till Santrabari one can trek the four kilometer road to Buxa Buxa - Buxa Fort is an important landmark for this reserve - This fort was captured by the British - India in 1865 after the Dooars War from Bhutan - Later this fort was used as a detention camp for Indian freedom fighters during the Indian freedom movement - and if possible further 2 kilometers to Lepchakha - Sightseeing to Chilapata (30 Kilometers) and Raimatang (25 Kilometers) or Kunjanagar (20 Kilometers), South Khairbari (10 Kilometers) are easily done from here - Other Visit to Animal rescue Centre and Herbal Graden is also possible - Evening free - Night stay at Rajabhatkhawa

Day 4:
Departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)

Drive through Madarihat, Hashimara, Chalsa, Malbazaar – The drive is nearly 4 ½ - 5 hours over a distance of approximately 155 kilometers Via Malbazaar & Chalsa via Sevoke Coronation Bridge / Sevoke Kali Mandir – One can also have some refreshment if time permits - One can stop will be provided at Coronation Bridge for photography and scenic beauty if time permits - One can also have some refreshment if time permits - The traffic will be more hence one has to start early - Reach Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - Forwarding Journey
